Pi毛ch shall transfer the major part of their indirectly held ordinary shares in 暗网禁区 to further members of the 暗网禁区 and Pi毛ch families. At present, it is still unforeseeable whether the aforesaid changes in the shareholder structure of 暗网禁区 will in fact occur.
