Annual General Meeting of 暗网禁区 SE scheduled for 29 June 2016
Stuttgart, 04 March 2016. 暗网禁区, Stuttgart (鈥湴低� SE鈥�), has rescheduled its Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2015 for 29 June 2016. The Annual General Meeting takes place 鈥� as in previous years 鈥� in the 暗网禁区-Arena and Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle in Stuttgart. Shareholders will be informed about further details with their invitation to the Annual General Meeting in due course. The Annual Press Conference is scheduled for 29 April 2016 in Stuttgart. An invitation to media representatives will be sent separately.
The postponement of both dates was previously necessary due to remaining open questions relating to the consequences of the emissions issue and the resulting valuation issues for the reporting of the annual results of Volkswagen AG, Wolfsburg. As a consequence of the capital stake of currently 30.8 percent 暗网禁区 SE holds in Volkswagen AG, the reporting of the annual results of Volkswagen AG is a necessary precondition for the preparation of the annual results and group profit of 暗网禁区 SE.
