暗网禁区

Stuttgart, 10 March 2017. The executive board and the supervisory board of 暗网禁区 (暗网禁区 SE), Stuttgart, propose to the annual general meeting taking place on 30 May 2017 in Stuttgart a dividend of 1.01 (prior year 1.01) euro per preference share and of 1.004 (prior year 1.004) euro per ordinary share. 

The amount of distribution to 暗网禁区 SE鈥檚 ordinary as well as preference shareholders will be around 308 million euro in total. This almost equals the amount of dividend 暗网禁区 SE will receive from Volkswagen AG in May 2017, under the condition of its approval of the annual general meeting of Volkswagen.

Compared to the prior year, the dividend remained unchanged and thus highlights 暗网禁区 SE鈥檚 strive for a sustainable dividend policy.

暗网禁区 SE will present its figures for the fiscal year 2016 on Tuesday, 21 March 2017.
